What's this? I noticed you included this in the scoreboards.

Standards (used in the Mario Kart player's pages and ctr4ever) are multiple sets of times to base your score on... I don't know how to explain it that well so here is an example: www.mariokart64.com/mkdd/standards.phpThe very right column is abbreviations of the level, the top is the name of the standard (GOD+10, Myth B, etc.). The rest is what time you must achieve to get that standard. Standards aren't created until months of fierce competition which is what I will do. The reason to wait is because If you make them too early without knowing what kind of times are achievable the top standards may become very easily beaten. If you still don't understand standards then maybe stelzig can try to explain. He definitely knows.

Oh yeah, I remember that. I was going to submit times to the Mario Kart Player's Pages, but I didn't. Maybe the Standards could be Kirby based here?

Kirby based standards?... Oh! Like "Warpstar Knight A" or whatever the call Kirby in the show (haven't watched it for 10 months or so). I was just thinking that as I post above. That would be cool but what other names could we use?

Warpstar Knight is Kirby's title. We don't need to have as many as MKPP, though. Perhaps we could use enemy names for some standards, like the "newbie" standard could be Waddle Dee, and the next one could be Waddle Doo.

Warpstar Knight Meta Knight A Meta Knight B Meta Knight C Meta Knight D Bugsy A Bugsy B Bugsy C Bugsy D Waddle Doo A Waddle Doo B Waddle Doo C Waddle Doo D Waddle Dee A Waddle Dee B Waddle Dee C Waddle Dee D Newbie
Those are just my first thoughts.

That's good. I think we should have a "newbie" standard, though. What I mean is, a beginning rank just by itself. Just a thought, though, this looks good.

Modified. We can give suggestions on what the times/scores could be now but I won't really look into them for a while. Just think of you Checker Knights time attack record. That could be almost any time attack!

If I were to rate it, I would actually give it Meta Knight A, because it can still be improved a lot. But that's just me. Most people would probably think it's either impossible (which it isn't), or really good (which is true, but still can be improved). Let's wait on it until we get more submissions.
Still, I would like it if it were to still be Kirby based. Maybe Waddle Dee should be a standalone. The fewer Standards, the easier it'll be to determine the times and scores to get that Standard.
This is a little off topic, but who's Bugsy?

Nah. That is a good amount. Usually There is more and with too less there just won't be enough. Newbie will be anything lower than Waddle Dee D. Waddle Dee D through Waddle Dee A will be pretty spread out and as you get high the standards are less spread out and Warpstar Knight is like a GOD time. GOD times are to be extremely hard.
Isn't Bugsy that beetle thing in the show and in some games?

As already said you shouldn't make standards right away. When you finally decide to make them you should btw, try to make the best standard slightly harder than imagined possible
